Woodburner Installation

Our HETAS registered team will be able to assist in all areas of your installation in East Sussex and surround areas including planning, preparation and execution.

Assessing the area: Before installing a woodburner, it is important to assess the area where it will be installed. The assessment will be carried out on our initial home visit to ensure there is a suitable location for the wood burning stove, and to decide if a flue liner or twin wall system is the best option for you.

Choosing the woodburner: Our team will assist you in choosing a woodburner suitable for your space. During this process it is important to consider the size, heat output, and style of the wood burner, as well as ensuring the selected burner meets the safety and efficiency standards.

Preparing the site and installing wood burner: This may involve removing existing appliances, chimneys, or flues. Our installers will then fit your wood burning stove to manafacturer guidelines ensuring all safety measures are met.

Testing and certification: Once installation is complete, our HETAS engineer will test the woodburner system to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely. Following the test, we will provide you with a full handover discussing the set-up, ongoing maintenance and our fuel recommendations.
